Wow. What a lovely girl, beating up on other girls. This is just ridiculous and should be outlawed. Boxing is not a sport, it is just beating up on each other until one gives up. Brain damage often occurs, look at M. Ali. Do not give any money to support this.

Wow! Have you ever watched a boxing match? The boxers almost never "give up," and you can be hurt just as badly by walking into a door. Kids die from being hit with a baseball, or getting tackled too hard. Ali has Parkinson's. Most boxers do pretty well, health wise.

Public display of child abuse! And medical studies back it up. Mixed martial arts is in the same boat. Lets teach kids how to hurt and disable each other so IF they grow up to be adults they will have a lot of experience in protecting themselves in prison.

These little ladies are going out in the world and getting some! They are leading the way and showing anything is possible.

Lynn is absolutely correct and that is really what it's about. It's about the self empowerment of women and fighting the old school society who thinks women should stay at home babymaking and cleaning.

Most of you men are still 20 years or more behind the curve of current events and the women's empowerment movement amongst these youths who have been told growing up they can achieve anything. It's about 'dreaming big' and telling anyone to screw off who might try and get in their way.

They are all about kicking butt and taking names with an attitude to boot.

I have no problem at all with this young lady wanting to be the best boxer she can be. But I do have a problem with parents letting their children ask others to pay their way. Mom, Dad open you wallet and pay your daughters way.

I hope your parents find the money and good luck.

Until she gets her brains knock out then she and her parents will realize there are other sports much more appealing than beating someone up! How can parents be so dumb to let their daughter get involved in such a degrading sport!
If she wants excitment in her life try bull riding!

Good for this girl. She's doing something positive with her life. She's not unmarried & pregnant, she's not shoplifting or hanging around with gang bangers. She's sincere & dedicated, qualities to be admired.

I've never been to a boxing match & the chances I'll ever go are very slim but to each her own. I wish her success in her chosen career.

Hello? What is to say she can't do both? If she is motivated enough to box at 14 I'm more than positively sure she will go to UNM or something! She has already shown great bravery and dedication for her age.

Maybe you should be the one to get a college education. Shiney is spelled shiny. Testerone is spelled testosterone. If you have a red line under a word, that usually means it's spelled incorrectly.

If boxing is her thing, why shouldn't she do it? Sure it's a dangerous sport but so is football (a sport many watch religiously), rugby, hockey, wrestling, sky diving, bike racing, etc. Maybe she'll be so focused on her sport that she won't have time to get into trouble with other things. I hope you receive enough donations from your supporters so you can go!

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Scorpio

Your thoughts turn to the past today, putting you in a nostalgic mood. You're awash with sentimental tears as you dwell on days gone by or gaze at photos of people you'll never see again. However, try not to let this mood of reminiscence turn into a tendency to feel sorry for yourself and therefore to demand special treatment from others.
