Review: AAA Jobski's Hope City Towing

Very unprofessional and rude. Tried to keep my car impounded even though I was there with cash to pick it up during his posted business hours. Owner hung up on me, cursed at me, got in my face and acted as if he was going to hit me. Never have I dealt with such an unbusinesslike demeanor from a business owner.

FIRST it was NOT THE OWNER but the Manager you were
getting into his face, and CURSING at BUT THAT IS BESIDE POINT, I am sure he responded back to you in same manner, but to say you thought he was going to hit you, is something else, BUT WHEN YOU ARE TELLING YTHE STORY YOU TELL THE WAY YOU WANT.
Our Managers thoughts were on the FATALITY ACCIDENT he was working on a TWO LANE Road,}NOT A VEHICLE THAT HAD BEEN IMPOUNDED A FEW DAYS BEFORE INVOLVING A IMPAIRED DRIVER.}involving two trucks and school bus in front of.
Thank God the bus driver left and took children to school and came back to scene as I am sure they were TRAMATIZED enough. He was trying to get the scene cleaned up hoping not to have the SCHOOL CHILDREN have to pass when school was out by the scene.
THE vehicle was retrieved by you after hours if I remember right. As the OFFICER tried to tell you, we would help you as soon as possible.
So if THINKING OF THE CHILDREN AND THE FAMILIES AND TRUCKING COMPANY FROM THE FATALITY IS WRONG THEN YOUR PRIORTIES ARE LOT DIFFERENT THAN OURS than releasing a impounded vehicle then we feel very sorry for you.

I have used Jobski Towing a few times and know Mr Jobski pretty good. Not related in any way to family or business. He and the boys are some of the nicest folks you'd ever want to know but if you get in their face you're on your own, what do you expect.
I know of the accident they were refering to and it was a bad one and luckily the children in the bus were not injured. A semi truck took the brunt of a rear end accident and killed the driver instead of plowing the school bus.
From what I read maybe if you were not drunk, arrested and had car impounded by state you wouldn't have anything to say here huh?
I just couldn't sit here and read this and have someone in the wrong try to bad mouth a good long time business man. He's been in business longer that you've been drinking and driving.
When the word gets around that you're bad mouthing Mr Jobski expect to see more here, hope you got thick skin, you'll need it.

I am not related to Mr. Jobski, but I do know him and know that he would in no way be unprofessional in his dealings with the public. I understand that the woman making the complaint is only concerned with what is happening in her life and the inconvience that her stupidity was causing her and taking it out on a working man. Who had just been to the scene of a horrific accident that killed one man, the other may still die, and young children witnessed the whole thing. This woman needs to grow up and take responsibility for her own actions. How would she have felt if it was her children that might go back past that accident scene after school?
