Saline schools probed over special ed
The complaints were filed from October last year through May this year, according to federal records obtained by The Ann Arbor News under a Freedom of Information Act.

Shirley,thanks for posting this. It seems like there has to be a better way of filing and keeping track of complaints. The state doesn't seems to be doing a very good job or these independent agengies wouldn't be able to swoop in and investigate. Of course there should be government "watchdogs" but there has to be government accountability for government programs.
