Oopsies... Then when you strike the close to 30% of signatures that have already been invalidated because they weren't registered voters, not registered in Salina, or multiple instances where they allowed people to sign for someone else, our bussed in bigots and their local shills are in serious danger of having their little petition drive fall down and go splat. Couldn't happen to a more deserving lot if you ask me.

It's so good to have a local with feet on the ground to give us the deeper scoop on the headlines. Thanks Rick.

Well the normal people got the last laugh, because the petitions have been validated and the people will get the opportunity to VOTE!!! I know that democracy and voting are anathema to you gays, but the rest of us in America still believe in it! Be sure to show up wearing your dog collar on voting day, so they can find your owner and send you back home!

Under Article IV, Section 4, the US Constitution guarantees that each state will have a "republican" form of government.
The right to enact any laws that are not contrary to any federal laws and are Constitutionally lawful. States are also proteted from foreign enemies by the United States Armed Forces. Each state is also guarnteed to be represented in both of the federal legislative branches.
