DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It took less that three days before the stun gun sold to be broke! They then want you to drop it in the mail to a PO Box,(i bought the gun at a gun show) and they would send me a new one. When i explained that i didnt feel comfortable and asked if i were to did i need to include the emails, the person was extremely rude and now will not allow me to return THEIR GUN THAT BROKE!!!!
ITS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I just wanted to add some positive feedback about this company. I also purchased several items from this company. One of the items broke after several months and the gentleman on the phone told me he would replace it free of cost. He replaced it, and I was so impressive i recommended him to a security guard company who purchased several items from him, along with several of my own family members. I own a security company and this business definately is the most honest business I have dealt with. The products have also been awesome in protecting my security officers. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for security products

This is Eddie, the owner of StrikeBack Protection Products. What Sara failed to mention is we replaced her flashlight 3 separate times. Not due to mechanical failure, but because she said she was unhappy with the style of the flashlight. We gave her 3 separate models free of charge. On her last model, I even personally called her to make sure she was satisfied with the product and she replied "Yes I love it." One year later, Sara went to the gun show where my employees were selling the product, instead of contacting me directly as she had previously done. She demanded a refund due to the fact she felt she no longer needed the flashlight. She created a scene, and my employees informed management that a person with apparent mental issues was creating havoc at their booth. Sara left the gunshow. Later she called me demanding a refund. I explained to Sara our refund policy. I even explained to her if she would have contacted me 30 days after the purchase I would have refunded her. One year later requesting a refund because you feel you don't need the product is an abuse of policy. That's when Sara threatened to put a false review on the net. I can see that she did. We hope Sara gets the help she needs as it is apparent she has some emotional difficulties. Our customers are quite satisfied with our products and our customer service is exceptional. Thank you

Sara as you know we replaced your flashlight 3 separate times. Not due to mechanical failure but due to you changing your mind on the style of the flashlight. You also know you created a scene in the gun show requesting a refund from my employees one year later. We hope that everything works out for you, it is apparent you are having some emotional difficulties at this time. Take Care
