I have my concerns about the number of pets one can have. I read an article that said 3 cats or 4 dogs, why the difference and does that mean if a person doesn't have dogs they can have 7 cats or if they don't have cats they can have 7 dogs.
I have so many cats as they came to my house I fed them and they stayed, so I have kept them off the streets of Roseboro and now I'm going to be punished for caring for these cats no one else wanted. I don't see this as being fair. Instead of limiting the number of cats a home can have, get the ones off the streets. If my cats are in my yard, why should I be limited??????????
