There were only 4 counts, can you count to 4?

Doubt if any of these rubes can count at all, and they're probably all on welfare or drug dealers.

Apparently you can count to four...but you can't get the news right.

Copied from the WDTV web page....
A man who used to be Salem's city manager was found guilty Tuesday afternoon of all six criminal counts he's been on trial for the past week.....

Just sayin'

There were a few people who worked at City Hall recently who didn't know how good they had it.

And.....there are some people that get tired of being bullied and want to get out of the drama that other's create they come realize that they are more important than the way they are being treated....people are not thinking about that. There comes a time when enough is enough...we all have been in that place before.

You are not one to judge...you can't speak for those...if it was so good then why didn't they stay?

I meant these days you have to think before you quit a job or whatever, because there aren't a lot of secure jobs around. I don't speak for anybody- in my opinion some were too lazy to do anything except stand outside and smoke cigarettes every 30 minutes.

Well, if they were so miserable to quit a job, if, by chance, they didn't have something else arranged prior to their leaving...then it must have been bad. BAD enough to leave...... Again, people can only take so much....you shouldn't judge or jury anyone and their acts.

You didn't appreciate it when they attacked Mr. Fisher.

No, you're right I didn't appreciate it when they attacked Fischer, because he's my husband and I know what kind of person he is. Let me ask why is it that former employees and their friends don't take any responsibility for the way things turned out. At some point a person has to stop blaming everyone else for what happens to them and grow up. BTW tell your friend to make her car payment! If I'm so terrible- ask her where she got the money to buy her car.

Dave Mayle,
You let an entire community down. You stole from them. You let your family down. You had done so much good. You had this place pointing and moving in the right direction for the first time in years. You hired good people, you fired bad employees. You had the overwhelming MAJORITY of folks is Salem in your corner. You were getting it done. The future was bright for the first time in a long time. But you took it all away. You pulled the rug out from the very town and towns people that trusted you completly. The people that had been waiting for a leader like you appeared to be. I thought that at last, the ship is going to be made right. The community was growing, people were staying, credibility was back, and things looked bright for the first time in forever. But you betayed all of us. You put the death nail in this town, your town, the town were you grew up, went to school and collage. A town that you Dave had a chance to give back too and save from years of crap and poor managment. And for what? Gambling Money? You have hurt and betayed so many. I wish you could take it all back, or at least stand up like a man and admit to what you did and let the healing start. I am sorry for what has tanspired. I am sorry that this historic, and one time great town will NEVER recover. Your actions were and continue to be the final undoing of this town. Why? Will you please tell us that? You owe that much to this town and towns people. You were not framed, you did know what you were doing, you knew it was wrong, you lied to everyone, and you kill what was left of this town. To the people of Salem, Is this the end? I hope not but it is not looking good. Goodbye Dave. Good luck and I wish SO MUCH it would have ended diffrently. It should have, but you never or at some point you stopped believing in yourself, us, and this former great town.

Hey Al Swiger and other Salem City Councel MEN. Where is your hero now? Not getting rich from law suites but learning how to face the truth and how to write an appeal.

I have no idea what you are talking about a car payment? You must have me way confused with someone else. BTW know who and what you are saying before doing so.......I don't know anything about a car payment and don't care to know the story of it.

There is always two side to EVERY story...you have only focused on one, the one that your husband speaks of, not that you have gone above and beyond trying to listen to others, you have drawn your own conclusion to what you have been told by one single person. Practice what you preach.."blaming everyone else...." that is what you do every time you type something, you blame everyone else, and not your spouse that had a part to play in some of this.

I only talk about what I personally experienced unless I say so. I don't care that much about what people think of me. If you don't know anything about a car payment, fine. Fischer is trying to offer his experience to help Salem. I don't know what you think "he had a part in". He just asked for a disc and didn't get it. I don't believe that my husband did anything else.

@ Richard Saunders-- You are right if you are not one of the people involved in the situation then you know as much as I do. I would like to hear what the other side of the story is.

Lot of thin skinned people in the work place today, were getting into a group of spoiled brats, the younger folks are even worse. If you say Boo!! They run out the door but their record follows them so the next potential
Employer doesn't care why they left just that they did and now may be considered unreliable.
What are they gonna do whine and say they were mean to me down there at city hall. No one likes a whiner.
