Salem police once again increase patrols as the start of school approaches
Salem schools are set to open on September 4 and once again officers at the Salem Police Department are encouraging drivers to increase their awareness of children, school zones and speed limits, or they likely will receive a ticket.

i an glad the Salem Police will be watching. Because some people are just scary to me. You get tailgated just for doing the speed limit people runs red lights when they came up to it and its red. kudos to the police i dont want to a child hurt or killed because people cant following traffic rules
