Spanish Fork Accident Kills 4 Teens

SPANSIH FORK, Utah - Four Utah County teenagers are killed when their car collided with a concrete barrier along Emma Park Road in Spanish Fork.

i hate dumb young drivers. im only 20 years old and i can already understand the consequences of speeding, distracted driving, etc. it makes me sick. kids these days need to REALIZE.... you're driving a big hunk of metal at INCREDIBLE speeds. our bodies aren't meant for that. and seatbelt restraints dont do ALL that much. dont get me wrong i am an avvid seatbelt wearer. but in an accident like this i dont think the seatbelt would have done much

Regardless of the circumstances it is still very sad. Jaja you should be more sympathetic. There are 4 children who's families are grieveing. I don't think now is the time for a driving lesson. May God bless these children and their families.

As an employee of a local High School, my heart aches for the kids, their friends and families. I don't know the names of the kids yet, and hope the tragedy doesn't involve students from our school. However these kids went to some school somewhere,&had families who's lives will be forever changed from this tragedy. We all need to hold your loved ones a little closer tonight and let them know how much we love them. I pray for all those affected by this tragedy.

I had a friend that rolled his car 2.5 times back in 2003 (he was 18). It killed him pretty much instantly from what I understand. I saw the aftermath, all the people it affected was astonishing. There were more people at the funeral than the church could fit, and SO many teary eyes. I imagine it will be much the same for these four kids. My prayers go out to the families of these four children. No one should have to outlive their children.

I cannot even imagine the hurt these teenagers families are going through right now. Nothing replaces a childs life. I am a mother of a 16 year old son. I do not ever want to go through what these familes of these children are having to deal with at this time. I have a 26 year old son also if anything ever happened to him, his wife or my granddaughter I am not sure if I could live through losing them. I lost my Dad 6 years ago & that has been hard on me. I can't even imagine what it would be like to loose one of my children. May God bless these 4 teenagers & their familes. My prayers are with you at this time. Children are suppose to out live their parents not the other way around.
