Oregon gears up for new cell phone ban

As of Jan. 1, you can get slapped with a $90 fine if you use a hand-held cell phone while driving in Oregon.

Why don't they try ticketing people for speeding first?

Eh?

Huh?

You know, it would be nice to not have 10 miles above the speed limit be the norm.
