Unbelievable. First off, would anybody even take pictures of themselves naked? That's just strange to me. I mean, why use the cell? People these just don't think carefully at all the possible outcomes of their actions. If you want to take pictures of yourself naked, then by all means go do so. But at least try to make sure no one you don't want to know about it don't get their hands on it (common sense).

Hank wants to see these photos and see what the big deal is all about. Hank considers himself quite the picture taker.

What these people fail to understand is that there is a long term effect. As I mentioned in another similar Topix Topic, I googled a potential new hire for a company and she had her picture posted on her website with full frontal nudity. Obviously, she didn't get the job... Very sad.

Might as well call it art, cause there is nothing you can do about it and charges won't hold up in court. In Europe they're called beach pictures!

You cannot be hit by a train if you do not go on the tracks, and you cannot have naked pictures posted on the internet or cell phone unless..........
This stuff does not go away.

If all the kids involved are under 18 and it's nothing but minors involved in this, then where is the crime? who didn't talk about or show pictures of the girls they were banging in there high school years? If they were teachers looking at these pics then it should be a BIG DEAL! but teens are teens.

Look, if you can't speak the language correctly and have to resort to juvenile username, you really should stay off of any forums on the internet.

i think that the high school students need to have a little self respect for themselves. I learned at an early age that my body was a my own temple and needs to be respected. I hate to say this but I went to that school, and one of the girl's pictures that is in circulation is my sister. I cannot believe that she would do something like this.... really girls do you have to make yourselves seem like protitots. I think you all need to become adults and use your brains a little.... and for god sake have some self Respect. ... Im Happy that i moved in my senior year.. which is this year. I would never do anything like that.... I'm a god fearing teenager, and thanks i want to keeep my body to myself

If the girls are under age 18, isn't it child pornography? Isn't that a federal offense?
Sure, talk and show pictures of girls you were "banging" (lovely term, isn't it- you can tell you don't have a teen daughter)but when they get naked, it gets criminal when you are trafficing in the pictures. The girls should get in trouble to..weren't they the ones sending the pictures first?

I am a typical pig...so i will ask you Kixem...if you won't take pictures of yourself then can i take pictures of you naked...assuming you are a good looking female that is..
That said.
I agree with you...pictures are too easily taken in the heat of the moment (so to speak) and it is way to easy to distribute them thanks to technology. So everybody should be very careful who and where any pictures of you are taken.
