Its sad , that neither party looks towards God as we know him . Seems its more about money or tearing this country down . Most has already formed there opinion as who to vote for . I just dont see a good next 4 years. We have wars and rumors of war . May God help this country

So what?. A lot of other people hate Him too!!?. Including me. You know, I once had a store and that stupid God took it away from me. I hate that pathetic slime-ball f*** f*** for taking my store away from me. If I had my way with God and Jesus I'd send them away to burn red hot forever!!!.

What will the democrats say when Jesus ask them , What did you do to save my children? Will you say I voted with the party that helped murdered over 50 million of those precious children while still in the protection of their so called mothers womb. And still counting. Is that what you will say?

There will be no mercy for those who helped assist in this murderous act against God's most vulnerable children.

I am a democrat and a Christian. I do not know how a true follower of Christ can not be a Democrat. The Christ I know was and is the champion of the most down trodden. He spent his life to better the lives of the lowest of the low. His hand of charity reached far and wide. In Matthew 25:40 Christ says what you have done for the least of them you have done for me. He is speaking of feeding the hungry, clothing the poor and viiting the sick etc. Therefore I see Democrats much more Christ like. The republicans want to cut food stamps, cut medicare and medicaide which will close many nursing homes. That really sounds chrisitan to me.They wish to make life harder for the poor and better for the rich. They then have the audacity to profess to being Christian I would hate to be them on Judgement Day.
However, Jesus never wanted government to do it, it was up to the individual, not the collective. Isn't the road to salvation an individual thing, not a collective thing? How many are doing anything for the downtrodden when it comes to paying taxes which is what we are talking about here. I mean when a family makes enough money to get by well and gets more back than they paid in, what are they doing to help the downtrodden? Show me one place where Jesus or God said or implied, take what you can from those who have it and give it to others, which very well may be giving some of it to myself?

Your interpretation of the Bible is the judge. Let's stone adulters, stop paying interest, don't eat any ham for Easter, make sure our slaves respect their master. If you agree with this when you read it but know in your heart it is wrong better pluck your eye out and if you have ever touched yourself inappropriately better cut off your hand.

The Republicans are against EVERYONE that does not believe the way they do. They are for the rich not the working class. They care about NO ONE but themselves. I pray Romney does NOT get elected.

.

Even the least intelligent of the animal kingdom will protect their new born. Only the most evil of Gods creation would be so worthless to kill that very tiny baby. How sad! Even if you don't believe in God the natural instinct of a mother should be to protect her child. Mr. Van Zant, if you are wrong about how this earth was created along with all living things. Can you even imagine what is waiting for you and all those who kill children in the after life. I can't think of anything more horrible than destroying a innocent child.

So what is the difference in abortion and birth control pill. Are birth control pills ok? Morning after? What about rape or incest, or a known birth defect that will result in the imminent death of a child? Not taking a position but who is to decide you or the woman who is pregnant? Budists believe if you kill a bug you may be killing an ancestor, should we have laws protecting bugs? I believe in the Judeao/Christian single deity like most of our lawmakers do, what if they believed in reincarnation, should we punish people for killing rats? I don't have the answers, but neither do our legislators.

We are talking about killing unborn children, not sperm, not rats and not bugs. How can you compared killing unborn children to those three things.

You are looking at it through the lens of your faith, others such as Budist's look at it through their faith. That's why no religion belongs in law. Morals and ethics and religious beliefs are different things.
