Gotta love Obamas business sense.....it costs Government Motors between 60,000 and 70,000 to build a Volt....Now, they are trying to unload them for 30,000.....and you want them to run your healthcare?

The Volt was being developed long before Obama was around. You can't blame him for American motor companies incompetence. There is a reason people buy from Honda and Toyota and it has little to do with the President. I don't love Obama but blaming him for the crappy cars GM puts out is a little misdirected.

Hi Ted, good afternoon. To clarify my earlier comment, I don't blame Obama for GMs incompetence, I just wonder why we own 5 million shares of GM... And why he brags on the bailout as a good thing when all signs point to the fact that if he is relected he will have to do it again.

Hi common, here's to hoping your guy is a better prognosticator than the link I posted. Personally I am rooting for GM to succeed but at the same time I am not seeing the rosy forcast he is, this is one time I wouldn't mind being wrong.

I heard they started development of the Volt before they even had the battery technology working, basically hoping it would catch up before delivery. The whole thing didn't make much sense in my mind in the first place. I think they wanted to be first to the market but the thing was never intended to make a profit. I agree he shouldn't be talking about GM in terms of a success story. Besides the Corvette and their trucks, the cars they make are not very interesting.

Funny how the main stream media has been ignoring it until now. If you can't go see it this review is very informative.
Everyone should also go to this website:

http://washingtonexaminer.com/obama

and read this article!! Obama did not come from poverty as Michelle Obama claimed in her speech at the 2012 Democratic National Convention. I beleive they used this excuse in 2008 to con voters into believing they knew how it was to do without and make them feel they understood how bad things were in America, just to get their votes.

2016 is made to sell, not fact, a movie pointed to the prejudiced and works quite well for that. Watch 2016 and research where it came from and how it was made. It is entertainment, a fiction, not facts one considers in deciding the presidency.
Please do read Obama's books, one or two sentences from a book does not define the book. Case in point, Huck Finn is not allowed because of one word used in it.
That 47%(for a large part) includes people who just don't make enough money to pay a federal tax and retired/disabled military pensions and old people on social security. Those people are not leeches on the system. People who abuse the system are a tiny percentage of those who pay no federal taxes.
Obama did not create a depression, he has stopped the down-slide and turned it around. Be it slow it beats going backward. I wonder if those who use the 47% number actually pay a federal tax themselves. If they do they stand to gain from Romney's plans to lower his own taxes. If they don't pay a federal tax which is more likely they are not helping themselves with half truth claims. A half truth is not reliable information. If you have to resort to personal insults in debate it's because you don't have facts to use.
Please do read the books. You will find a man who has prepared himself for political life through learning the history of the US. No previous president has learned the history of the presidents office in the detail Obama has. His books relate being black in the US and a man who learned a lot in schools. We need brains in the presidents office more than we need a rich man who can buy the office.
A person can take sentence fragments from anyone's past and make them appear to be something they are not. Consider the source when you decide who is telling the truth and who is stretching things.
We went through many of the same accusations the last election and they were all proven false. The man is not Muslim if that does make a difference in a free country. He has shown no racial or religious prejudices like accusations predicted. He has done well considering the opposition he has faced. Not many could keep a cool head and do the job with the insults and just plain dirty politics he has had to endure.
If this is not true... This movie would have been pulled. Due to slander..
It would be illegal to falsify such information ...
Yet... The movie plays on.
And I don't believe you have seen it.
Or you would know what you're talking about, who j obviously you don't.

The idea that Obama has an agenda of destroying this country is totally ignorant. That accusation was used the last election and did no more than incite hostile emotion. Obama did none of the ridiculous things those people predicted.
I don't understand any time wasted arguing about religion anyway. From the start we agreed in this country religious prejudice would not be allowed.
You are entirely free to practice any religion or none. We agreed government would be separate from religion.
Freedom isn't entirely free, it has it's price. You must allow others their freedom if you expect people to honor yours.
I don't understand the almost common practice of insulting anyone. It proves no more than you wish to be intimidating rather than rational.
When Obama got the job we wee losing 800,000 jobs a month. People were disappointed that a gain of 69,000 one month wasn't enough Obama should be doing better. When you buy nothing but American made products there will be jobs here. Obama can't control where the people send their money.
Government is not a business. In Romney's government experience he has changed his policies several times, what he says today may not apply tomorrow from making good business decisions.
Sorry, but you are a total idiot if you think that government isn't a business ...
How do you think the debt is supposed to be paid?

The government collects taxes from it's citizens to pay debts. There's a large difference between tax revenue and business profit.

You've got to be kidding. Americans don't know jack about who he is or what Obama believes in. Yet, you're worried about what taxes Romney pays. It is a heck of alot more than you do!

The movie was released to the public yesterday, I wasted money on buying the dvd. I have the book it's based on and Obama's books he references. The book the movie is made from is fiction poorly written. The same stories Dinesh uses to prove his points can be twisted the other direction to prove Obama is the only intelligent choice for president. He doesn't have any solid facts just his interpretations of clips carefully taken out of context. The movie is a lame attempt to foster hate. If you are simple enough to think the movie has something to do with facts read the book. If you still think the movie is factual after seeing the book you are a complete fool.

When you compare the tax he pays in relation to the income he has I pay a very much larger percentage of my income in taxes than he ever has. That's just the tax he pays on income he keeps here, he keeps a lot of his money in other countries where he pays no tax to the US where the money came from. He has closed down a lot of American businesses with no cares about the people who lost jobs and pensions. He's a good businessman, in today's world that means he ships jobs to where he makes the most money.
Walmart's parking lots are full of cars, most of them nice cars. Walmarts are growing all over the place. When out economy is actually as bad as Romney makes out those parking lots will be empty and closing rather than record sales.
The one percent rich people haven't had any decrease in income, they are having record breaking increases and investing it in other places. Tax breaks for them hasn't helped us before and that's not going to change no matter who is president.
The fact is, we know a lot more about Obama than Romney. The only thing we can count on from Romney is he will change his story for his audiences. He's bought his way into politics to enhance his own income. His church will come first, learn something about Mormons before you vote for one. He wants to bring back all the arguments about abortion, that's not progress. He wants his religion in government. He wants to start more wars.
We have a slow recovery that's picking up momentum constantly, how smart is it to scrap that for something unknown?
