i got a question for you r you a certified inspector cuz i am but an inspector has to drive it across the lot nd pull it in the shop to do a brake test dumb ass would u like me to show you the inspection manual ive got 3 if u want to take one
Im not saying your wrong about the inspection rules, but ive had many cars inspected over the years,(heck you might have inspected one of my cars)but I can never remember anyone driving my car as part of an inspection.I always drove my own car in the shop and ive been to every shop in Salem over the years.I guess they all have done it wrong.

Frank is a very nice man. I've NEVER had a problem with him or anyone else that works there. Also, Frank makes some nice smoke meats. All of this bashing is pathetic.

I always find calling customers dumba$$ quite helpful! LoL. Well..if I'm not at work, and they are acting like a dumba$$, then yeah, I'm going to tell them they are a dumba$$. The truth hurts I guess. If they are going to turn around and hold that against my place of work, then they are just being petty. I said it, on my own time. Be mad at me if you want,(still..if you don't want to be called a dumba$$, don't act like one), but it's not like I, or fourwheeler guy for that matter, went and said it at work, or anywhere on the job. What's said on your own personal time, has absolutely no bearing, on how your ability to do your work, at your place of employment, should be perceived. "Hmmmm" called someone a pos worker, because they called someone a dumba$$, so should we in turn think wherever "Hmmmm" works should be avoided? I mean..obviously it must be a bad place if one of its employees would talk to someone that way...*insert sarcastic eyeroll here*
Y'all are nuts. Quit with the pettiness.

I don't know about his employees or "what type of person he is"... I do know this... took a car in for a safety inspection. Large fellow took off one wheel (routine) and begins pulling at the wheel hub with such force I was afraid the car was going to fall off the rack. He then informed me that the entire front suspension needed replaced and that "they could do that right there for under $2,000.00" I had them replace the wheel and I drove the car to the authorized dealer on Manchester Road in STL county. Being a regular customer they were happy to take a look. Diagnosis - nothing wrong with the suspension. I had to ask myself, "if there WAS something wrong, why would the dealer have not wanted to replace the defective parts, since they charge a premium?" I was very happy that they inspected it for me in STL, "while I watched" and found all in working order. I don't KNOW, but I believe that the worker at Park Street saw an expensive car, and thought that the owner was not "mechanically minded" and had a "large wallet" - well he was wrong on both counts. In the future, I will just time my inspection to coincide with a trip to Manchester. Park Street lost my business. That is "all I know."

I was in Eminence for the July 4th weekend and had a tire that got a softball size bulge on the inside rear tire. I placed a donut on the car and continued up Highway 19 to Salem. I met someone just inside of town that gave me Frank's card. I called him on Sunday at 7:00 and he met me at his shop to put a used tire on my car. He asked for next to nothing and was a great guy! I'm surprised by any negative review as he seemed to run a great business. He balanced the tire and checked all my other air. We doubled the quoted price because of the great service! If you think I'm a fake, find my Facebook review on Frank's Facebook page :)

Joe will get that place in tip top shape. Greatest mechanic to ever lay a wrench on a mower and now cars.
