SURE, right after we force abortions and mandatory drug test upon unwed mothers and those living off of government assistance.

Maybe we should also have you take an IQ test before you are allowed to vote.

An assault rifle isn't a machine gun. Educate yourself before replying on something you obviously know nothing about.

Maybe your pissed because you are too ignorant to own a fire arm. Gun education seems to scare you. Have you sold any assault rifles to anyone from Bolivar lately? You are one of those gun show sell anything to anyone hustlers aren't you? Anything to make a quick buck. Profit not individual rights is what motivates most of you gun nut jobs, we know profit is what motivates the NRA.

What is a legitimate reason for a semi auto rifle with a 30 round magazine? Poll test is far different than a test to own a fire arm. I am sure some one of average intelligence would understand.

lol MOGunny, don't get your panties all bunched up. I re-read your post just to see if I missed anything. I'm seeing nothing that is taking your right to own guns away, or the people in those states. I'll just let your comment about me trying to understand English go, since you haven't stated anything that has taken away rights. Just "under the radar" stuff." If someone living near me bought 5 assault rifles in 10 days, I'd be pretty concerned myself. Increasing penalties for people who break laws already in place, I don't see anything wrong with that.

Gun education does not scare me. I probably know more about firearms and second amendment rights than 90% of the U.S. citizenry
What scares me is someone who that is not educated about guns and the purpose of our second amendment rights.

Before I proceed "Hunter", and attempt to educate you. Why don't you tell me the reasoning behind the fathers of this great nation included the second amendment to our constitution. And why not only the second but the first ten amendments were thought of to be rights everyone was born with. Given by a higher being and to never taken away or dismissed by any governing body.
I'll give you a couple hints; It's primary purpose is not for hunting or self defense.
To find the answer you will need to go back and research the writings of the founding fathers.
There you will also find the reasoning and purpose behind 30 round MAGAZINES (they are not clips) and other such weaponry upto and including full auto. Even if the fathers did not write of such things.
If we are going to discuss intelligence, I will concede the fact that you are of average intelligence when it comes to second amendment rights.
But the point I would like to see yourself and the populus of this nation is above average. Especially when it comes to those first 10 amendments (Bill of Rights) to our constitution.

Give this person a GOLD STAR for today.
I simplify the next statement made by T. Jefferson.
The citizenry should be afforded the same types and quantities of weaponry as the standing army, so that they may defend themselves from an abusive government.
This would include those 30 round MAGAZINES, you wanted to know the purpose of Hunter.
The second amendment was included in the Bill of Rights for above purpose alone. For defense of the Republic.
Hunting and self defense is not the primary objective behind the second, it is mearly a by product of such.
Much like a drivers license is a form of ID one uses to show who they are, where they live and they are of age to buy alcohol and tobacco, as well a privledged to drive.
Thank-you Matteroffact

Oh I am not pissed because someone speaks their mind, even if their words show just how simple minded they are. To remove their right to freedom of speech would be like chopping off my own hands.
I only disagree with them when they think even the smallest infringement is of no consequence. I have watched our "rights slowly errode over the last 50 years, and studied the errosion of such rights over the last 150+ years. You may wish to give up your rights, and that is your prerogative. I'll keep mine, thank-you.
As for your next question or statement or question. I haven't sold any guns to anyone recently, in Bolivar or anywhere else for that matter. I do not make my living with firearms. And besides that usually if I buy a tool (firearm) it makes a lifetime contract with me. Unlike people, I never had a firearm I didn't like.

By the way, your govt. doesn't mind spending your tax money to give radicals in countries whose leaders we don't like automatic weapons, rpgs and explosives. Or arming mexican drug cartels while advising american gun dealers to not sell to medical cannabis card holders. I guess one has to be a citizen of another nation before the govt. will recognize your right to unrestricted ownership of arms.

My previous post is what he has ALREADY done. He has taken the ability of the citizens of those five states and to purchase certain types of weapons in the time frame, they may want to purchase them in.
He also has taken away their right, to not be on a list for 2 years after such purchases, like other citizens of the U.S.

But, I guess if you do not notice when the rights of others are taken away. It would be of no concern to yourself.
Republicans made it so I have to sign a motherf@&$ list to buy some goddamn cough syrup, and you're gonna throw a fit over keeping an eye on someone who wants 10 assault rifles a week?

I have read every page of the US constitution, from the preamble to the end of the 27th amendment and I was so pissed to learn that not ONCE did they every give us the right to cough syrup. How shortsighted.
