Heres another link on Masonry:

http://www.chick.com/reading/tracts/1036/1036...

Alot of Masons like Mormons try to do good things... but the truth is the truth..

All of these apostate organized man made religions are steeped in ritualisim and spirtualisim..

and God hates them..

So roman catholicism is the only way to go? I believe Jesus made that one up, then again he was a man at the time, aaaannnnd he did go to hell for a time...

No sir... I am not here to pass judgement on anyones faith or their pursuit of how to gods will... I am however attemping to educate and enlighten people as to what the truth is..

re-read my post and check the chick tract links on catholicisim.. its actually quite shocking when you begin to see things for how they really are....

Im a baptist... and out of curiosity for my own knowledge ive studied with elders of many different denominations including from the latter day saints. I own a book of the morman.... only read half of it. Like other denominations, they have different views on certain beliefes but as a whole, they are christians. Many say they have their own bible so theyre not christians. Well so do catholics... they have something like five extra books in their bible than the rest. The difference is how the mormans recieved the books that make up the book of the morman... its disputable. But from my reading of the book of the morman, it still follows and instills christian values and morals. The polygamy... they do not belive or practice that as they did in the denominations infancy. But lets face it... the most Godly people in the bible practiced it and it was accepted by God in the old testament. So... not a huge deal from the bible point of view! Pentacostals practice mass prayer out loud while in tounges... bible condones that. Baptists dont believe in alcohol even though jesus drank it and talked about him and the guest of the wedding being drunk. Catholics dont believe in being save in the blood of christ till that person is dead and they pray them into heaven. So all denominations differ greatly in some aspects... but still consider them christians! Mormans live their life by the bible and strive to be closer to God and Christ-like (christian) through the teachings of the bible... so why are they not just a denomination of thr religion christianity like baptist, church of god, pentacostal, and catholic?

Good question.. very thorny and a "tar baby" of an issue... there is no 'Im right" in this presentation.. that was not my intention.. My intention was to keep people thinking and pursuing facts..

LDS was formed by Joseph Smith.. take a few moments and read up on this "character".. you might be mildly suprised by him and his actions... watch that live leak video..

Moreover, anyone who follows and understands protestant christian doctrine realizes quite quickly that Mormonisim, Catholicism (obviously) and the Old testament (whose practices you refer to and whose followers pursued [Mosaic law], which christs crucifixion and the new testament rendered unecessary) are quite a bit different.. than the accepted mainstream

Thats why I put the links to the chick tracts on the message.. hoping that those who read it would take the time, read the little tract and then read a few more.. and broaden their perspectives and understanding just a bit more..on these subjects.. Jack T. Chick though is by no means all learned on it all either.. but he does reference his claims with footnotes of the original source and tends to be correct more than not..

I will be the first to claim I am definately NO theologian.. by far.. there are many more learned individuals on this subject than I, my knowledge would fit on the head of the ink pen most of them write with.. but I NEVER take anything at face value..anything..

I research and research.. formulate my own opinions and share what knowledge/perspective I have on the subject.. as I have here.. once the seed is planted then others who pursue the truth/knowledge.. in the end are better for their effort..

remember knowledge is the light and the power over ignorance and darkness..

That was a quick turn around from love thy neighbor and teach the word to insult and judge another of God's children an idiot.

Look I am not trying to be a bible thumper here.. I am not a self appointed "minister" to topix..(please re-read prior posts for clarification)

I am simply attempting to edify people.. I am trying to get them to broaden their knowledge base and to pursue a working understanding of the facts concerning the contents of my message..

So save your sanctimony, ad-hominem attacks, pseudo-high moral tone and fake indignation for another day... sheesh..
