This just doesn't sit well with me. I can't imagine why anyone would rob a skate shop in malden in January when they had many other places that would of had wayyyyy more money. I hope i am wrong and this soldier was just defending his shop and was in the wrong place at the wrong time. But i have a funny feeling there is more to this brazin shooting. Hope I am wrong because no one deserve to die like that and leave behind a beautiful family.

That's why the matter should be left with the. Police instead of going by rumors. If someone knows anything then they should contact the police They can call the tip line anonymouslyJust remember there's a grieving iwife and kids who don't need to be burdened with rumors He also has other family and friends who are dealing with the loss of their loved one Leave it to the police to find who and why

I wonder if the killers visited the store next to the skate shop before , that place has a million camaras,
They probably scope out all buisness in the area constantly. Wasn't the gas station at the corner across from Ricci's robbed recently? Maybe the same group of people, perhaps from the area!

No one knows Police aren't saying anything yet They are still investigating to find out who it was and why Do you think whoever it was has a conscience about taking another persons life?

Magda ... please! If he had just started the day, he probably started with a considerable amount of money in his drawer. What he was selling were not just piece of crap skateboards: I dare to assume that he was selling high-quality and expensive pieces, hence the money that he probably had. Of course mine are all speculations, since the police has not released any information on their findings.

Let the Police handle it Magda, if you have information that is fact, call it in There's a tip line and you can give a fake name just like on Topix or give no name at all

Shawn Aunt, I am so sorry for your loss. I went to High School with Melissa and I cannot imagine the heartbreak and loss her family is going through. Please extend my condolences

Magda, don't go there! Not everything is about drugs and have some facts before you go on with your conspiracy theory.

Disguisted, I know you meant well but being in retail 15+ yrs you start your draw at a small amount such as $200.00 Its at the end of the day when you count your draw from your daily sales is where you would have a considerable amount of money. Also you have to consider that 60% of sales now are on a debit/credit card not cash.

I have never worked in retail, so your knowledge supersedes my ignorance in the matter.

This had nothing to do with drugs!

This had nothing to do with drugs! They probably thought they would get some easy cash.

It is too bad he chased them out into the street. I think because he was in the military he thought he was not vulnerable. But, unfortunately without a weapon he had no chance. How sad. Why did they have to kill him. One shot to stop him would have been enough. Life means nothing to these punks. Let's see how tough they are without their weapons. Somebody has to know something. If someone out there knows something, turn them in. You're no better than them for keeping their secret.
