I noticed something about the old "Lizzy Borden" jump-rope rhyme. The words are a perfect match to the tune "Good King Wenceslas". Don't just take my word for it, try it and see for yourself.

What a slice of life. Deep cuts of budget is a whack job. A real kick in the

head. They should of tried selling Ginzu knives in the gift shop for help.

She was guilty...and ugly, too.

It was a despicable idea anyway to honor an axe murderer. Why would anyone want to remember this depraved individual??? I'm glad it's gone.

We have an odd fascination with the infamous and the macabre in this country that, I must admit, I do not understand. Every mass murderer or infamous criminal eventually has one or more books written and perhaps a movie or two made of his/her life: Lizzie Borden, Ted Bundy, Al Capone, Charles Manson... Also, witness our bizarre fascination with prison that has caused such places as Alcatraz and the Mansfield Reformatory (to name but two) to become popular tourist attractions.

Learn about your history, Lizzie was acquited!! They were never able to prove she did it, she lived a free woman until she died many, many, many years later. Innocent until proven guilty, her dad molested her and her mother allowed it, so if she did whack em, they deserved it!!!!!

It seems that there is some serious speculation about an illegitimate son. You forget, she was acquitted, convicted only in the news media.

Yeah, but he got cocky and didn't know when to quit while he was ahead. She died a free woman and never had another issue in her life.
