I feel sorry for the worthless waste of human air you are have some respect . And as for Chris's family you all have been thru enuff u don't need to defend your sons name anyone that knew him knows the truth he was a good guy and a awesome father that loved life and his family don't let some spineless waste of flesh get u worked up that's what he wants he is sick u proved to have raised an awesome son that you seemed to have instilled the values of what it takes to be a father meaning more than anything he was very much in her life he emotionally and financially took care of her unlike the majority of men in wv who depends on welfare to support their children so remember you raised ur son to the best u could and from the way I see it and everyone else u did an awesome job he just had a flaw like most everyone does was he addicted to drugs that's the question only he can answer but addicted or not it definitely isn't my place or anyone else but god almighty himself to judge my thought and prayers are with his family cherish your fond memories and hold tight to his little girl and tell her everyday what a wonderful man her daddy was

Why is the family wasting their time proving his name? If you know the truth and know who he really was why are you fighting with people on an online forum. I personally did not know chris, but i am so sick of hearing about the young people in the community i grew up in passing from things we coukd have prevented. Are they bored? Do they feel overwhelmed? The best thing i ever did was leave that town and not look back. Its a black hole that sucks people in. I pray for chris and others like him. His family deserves the respect & should respect themselves and his name by ignoring the idiots on topix and grieve amongst people who really knew him.

Everyone just REMEMBER, if you really love your kids...DONT PUT A DRUG IN YOUR BODY. If you are irresponsible enough to do drugs when you have children, the consequences can be disastrous! No DRUG IS WORTH YOUR LIFE! Drugs RUIN FAMILIES AND SHATTER LIVES. Now his child has to grow up without a father because he chose to do drugs...really sad and unfortunate, UNNECESSARY! and his family is dying inside! Please please please STAY OFF THE DRUGS!!!!! I can honestly say Chris had a lot of people that cared for him and have never seen so much love by so many for someone you did an AWESOME job by having him as your som he touched so many lives that its so unreal you should be one proud Momma to know what a great son you had and you know what Chris lives on through ALL of US who care about him because he's in our hearts everyday !! I know there's a lot if BS wrote on here but I want everyone to know this CHRIS FRANKEN WAS A WONDERFUL PERSON and anyone who can effect so MANY truly is a REMARKABLE person so all the crap talking just needs to stop because no matter what at the end of the day Chris is still being cried over, missed , talked to , loved and anyone bashing him you know what I GUARANTEE you won't in your life if you would live to be 100 couldn't have had such an impact on so many lives!!!!

I went to school with chris, we werent best friends, we had class together but he was always sweet and always had a smile on his face. He was a warm hearted person and helped me out alot. No matter how he died, he was an amazing person to be around and a great guy. If you didnt know him, you shoulda. You will be missed chris... R.I.P

Anytime a young life is lost it is a tragedy, with that being said an OD is not at all a noble deed and worthy of having a dog turd named in your honor, let alone a ball court. Let's honor someone who was too selfish to break away from partying and being deliberately reckless which resulted in a very stupid and untimely death, sounds about right for this idiot infested hell hole.

I agree with whatever. I'm glad he has so many friends and family that loved him and I'm by far jealous. I just don't agree with the court being named after someone that died from a OD. Maybe someone that died doing something honorable!!!
