Open up the passage under I-19. The city makes residents who live on the west side of I-19 drive an extra 5 miles to get to WalMart. I take it you city council folks are not interested in conserving fuel. There is a perfectly good road/crossing under I-19 that most residents used to use to get to WalMart. It has been closed for some time, available for use only to the Sahuarita Pig Squad.
Maybe the WalMart store has enough money to pay for paving a road under I-19 or for lobbying to get the existing road opened up to the public so that we can all go over and spend a pile of money on WalMart merchandise. I see that many people have decided to go to Fry's instead of driving around through town to get to WallyMart. What say you WalMart manager? You gonna do anything about this? |
