Lawyer for woman accused of killing daughter seeks her release

Attorneys for a Pinconning woman imprisoned in her 7-year-old daughter's fatal poisoning are seeking her freedom while Bay County prosecutors consider appealing a court decision overturning her conviction. via Battle Creek Enquirer

Who will she kill next? The woman is guilty. The Michigan Court of appeals is allowing Attorney Ed Czuprynski to once again abuse the system, by making a joke out of it.

As far as Yost, all you have to do is look at the facts to see she is guilty.

Someone needs to speak for that little girl. She didn't ask to be born. She didn't ask to be abused and she sure didn't ask her mother to give her hundreds of antidepressants to kill her.

I have to agree with Stella. If you kill a or your Child, you shouldnt get the same, regardless of your mental state.

The fact is that Donna Yost DID NOT receive a fair trial. I am not saying that the woman in not guilty, however I also have been dealing with Judge Caprathe with a custody issue for 5 years, and trust me you would not believe how this man has ruined lives because he basis his decisions on personal issues instead of facts and allowing experts to testfy.
We were also refused not only expert testimony, but also were threatened if we went on with our trial.
Most people would not believe how unjust the court system is until they are put through it. Walk a mile in someone shoes before you make judgement.
If you were accused of something terrible say by an ex, would you want to be sentenced to jail or have your child taken away without a fair trial?
That is our right in the country we live in, dont give excuses to this judge for not giving a fair trial. Its facts that count not opinion. Just because you've made mistakes doesn't make you guilty of anything that happens.
