Court overturns conviction of woman sentenced in daughter's death

The Michigan Court of Appeals has overturned the 2006 conviction of a mother sentenced to life in prison for killing her 7-year-old daughter.

She dose not deserve to live, she abused her daughter for the 7 years and then ended her life, now she wants sympathy. Why do we catter to these people

I believe you have not heard of all of the details of the case.
The decision was unanimous, with appellate justices E. Thomas Fitzgerald, Jane E. Markey and Michael R. Smolenski ruling that Bay County Judge William J. Caprathe "abused his discretion" and violated Yost's rights by allowing certain evidence and barring other evidence from trial.

Because our justice system is FALLIBLE! They make mistakes. Not everyone who is convicted of a crime is guilty of that crime. And now you see people public beratting people even before a verdict is reached.

Most people would NOT believe how screwed up the system really is. Tell me how a judge can remove your child from your home and refuse to hear expert testimony... sound familiar? Yep judge Caprthe has done it before and he'll do it again. Hopefully it wont be your family next!
