So lets see, a license expires, the state gets wind of it, license holder has to plead his case to the state. The state decides not only to issue a new license but to collect 37 grand while doing so. Sounds like government at its best to me. Why deny a license to someone who is paying the state money. The state likes to collect money whenever possible dont they? Sounds like the license holder is the only one who got hurt here. I dont hear him whinning about it! Get a life people, who cares!
