I used to spend a lot of time on Long Island because my ex lives there and I am not a beach person but being that the whole place is one huge island, how come the Hamptons are the one beach that I hear about? How can there only be one beach all the way on the other end of the island that people go to?

Traffic? Road rage? Expensive eateries? Well, it's been like that for the past 20 years. If you're stupid enough to want to be there, then you just have to endure it. That's the price of paradise!

Or avoid the hustle and bustle all together and get off two exits earlier and head south into Bellport. It's not as sophisticated and cosmopolitan as Shirley & The Mastics, but you get tha down home country feel of a by-gone era.

I know, its really kinda funny, but the Hamptons is the only beach out there...its about a half mile long and gets a lot of people...i strange cause the jersey Shore has so many beaches...look on a map, you'll see just what i mean...OMG
Where exactly are/is this "Hamptons" beach you're referring to?... LMAO. You should MapQuest or Google Earth East Hampton, NY and count the beaches. We have several beaches in East Hampton town, Main Beach is the most popular, but they would all be more beautiful without the tourists, weekenders, wannabes, and those who should stay on the Jersey Shore.

The perfect way to avoid the traffic congestion and the weekend hassle is to simply stay in the city and just mail us the money ! That would solve a bunch of problems !

I used to love it when I was working out East as a Musician years ago. All of the Rich Girls used to Love us Bad Poor Boys. They would stay out with us all night doing anything and everything. When the Sun came up they would go Home to their Rich Mommy and Daddy. The next night they would be at it with us again. I wonder if their Parents had a clue? Nah. I was with some of the Moms from time to time as well. Ya gotta love the Rich. There are no consequences for anything that they do.
