Good move! People may be parading in streets all over America proudly wearing their "I'm illegal and what are you going to do about it" t-shirts -- but the rule of law will ultimately prevail. Since the federal government is likely going to continue to try to please everybody -- actually nobody -- by straddling the fence and fighting for votes -- the people in every town in American will slowly but surely act to take their towns back.

I know!!! Let's re-open this site, but as a bus terminal!!(you KNOW where this is going, don't you?) Only busses will be Greyhounds and the first and ONLY stop will be just over the border. Any town will do, as long as it's on the south side of the fence!

its about time the citizens/homeowners have some rights. We can't take this invasion. Hold fast no matter how much Ramirez screams and carries on.....don't cave to the screams of racism which will be hurled against the court as a weapon.

Its about time!! These illegal non taxing paying people don't deserve a thing! The American tax paying citizens do and we make the rules here!! They can take their ridiculous "I'm illegal and what are you going to do about it" t-shirts and dry my car with it! Hopefully this will catch on and these people will get the message.........either pay taxes or LEAVE!

Correct. What we need is for the citizens of Farmingville to do the same and complain everyday to the police until the illegals are removed from the streets. next we need someone to take the illegals out of the schools by taking to the supreme court which is now conservative and win back the schools as well. Because if they can't educate their kids they will stop coming.

I'm not from the area but let me get this straight. They actually purposely built something to accomodate day laborers, or use a public park for hiring these guys just standing there?? lol

Lets open it just one more day, maybe even have some free burritos and beer, then when the site fills up circle it with razor wire, interrogate the people iside and deport the illegal ones.

Do the same for the big rallies going on in the cities.

Closing the site isn't enough. We need to heavily fine companies that employ illegals and start mass deporting.

This will be money well spent.

You can start in Brentwood.

i'm happy that they closed that site down. illegal people should not be rewarded or encouraged to work here with places for them to go to get a job for a day. my beef is that nothing is being done to get rid of them. where are the police or federal agents to round these people up and get them out of this country so we can take back our towns and villages again?

It is the way to do it. Stay calm and use the law.Push the politicians to continue along this path.Turn in people that hire them .Write letters ,sign petitions. Show up in front of the legislators.Do not act irrational so the racist card can be used.

Let's hope they keep the "hiring hall" closed! Where was ICE during all those mornings when there could have been a round up? Hopefully the people of Aldrich La. can keep their park for it's intended use.

This is what it will take , it is a shame That private citizens have to spend thier own money on legal fee's TO FORCE OUR GOVERNMENTS TO ENFORCE LAWS WE ALREADY HAVE!!!!!!

and some how the lawns out in the hamptons will still get cut!!

I would like to propose that the Town Of South Hampton change the site from a day laborer hiring site to an illegal alien deportation site.

I can't understand how a town could or would built something for illegals and to facilitate illegal activity. Why not also make an internet cafe for pedophiles? Or free car rentals to drunk drivers? Is there going to be a place where I can go, as a citizen of this country, and perform my job and not pay any taxes? What the hell is wrong with this country and some parts of Long Island???

How about all the Liberals in this country take part in a "Adopt an Illegal Alien" campaign. Since they agree they should have all the rights and benefits that legal citizens have let them take care of their schooling and medical bills.

I agree with all if your not paying taxes and no legal then send them back the onees that are legal and pay taxes can stay but we should nothave to change our language to accomodate them right is right and wrong is wrong. Look at what's going on all around the country they have more rights then taxpayers!
