He is just one of the mindless fools who will persist in believing in Tankleff's guilt even if:

1. Creedon and Kent make death bed confessions and produce the missing gloves, a hammer with Seymour's blood and hair stuck to it, plus a high quality video that they made of the murders that clearly shows their faces as they cut the vitims' throats and bash them over the head.
2. McCready has a spiritual conversion and admits that the lied and tampered with evidence.
3. Seymour and Arlene Tankleff rise from their graves as ghosts and tell him in vivid detail exactly what happened.

If you were to put yourself in the shoes in the peoples lives who do care about him, maybe you should think twice about what you say you never know who is reading your hurtful comments. You dont know him, you only know what you have read about him the last 4 yrs. If it was your father,or brother or anyone you know how would you feel? please keep your nasty comments to yourselves, he does have children who need to face the public eye, and know that he did not do this horrible crime and the DA looked at the wrong person from the beginning and needed to pin a conviction on someone. If you need to right a bad comment watch how you phrase it if you dont like him at least respect his kids, who have too been through hell and back. thank you

Said it before & I'll say it again: you read (& post) these comments at your own risk. If there's an article about you or a loved one in the paper, especially in criminal cases, you should expect little pity & sometimes even downright nastiness in these forums; not to mention the ignorant & non sequitur posts.

Speech is still free in this country & no one is making you read it.

Maybe we can have another drink at Mustang Grill huh Dan?
Remember this?
ByKIERANCROWLEY
and BRADENKEIL
The bad-boy lover of
Generosa Ammon was involved
in a: bloody barroom
brawl over another
woman, The Post has
learned.
Danny Pelosi, a Long Island
electrician who has
dated slain fmancier Ted
Ammon's wealthy widow
for the past year, was
punched out early
Wednesday at the Mustang
Grill on the Upper
East Side after he became
enraged that a female acquaintance
was flirting
with another man.
Witnesses said Pelosi, a
regular. at the saloo~,
bought rounds of drinks
for the bar totaling hundreds
of dollars and
bragged that he had been
the subject of several stories
regarding the murder
of Ammon's estranged
husband.
"He was picking up everyone's
tab," recalled a
patron. "It's like his ship
had just come in."
The altercation began
after Pelosi's companion,
described only as a blonde
from Chicago, began talking
to a real estate agent
named David.
Witnesses said Pelosi,
38, pulled the 40-year-old
real estate agent away
from the blonde and asked
him to step outside.
Instead, the agent, who
asked that his last name
not be used, opted to duke
it out inside and decked
Pelosi with a one-two
punch at the bar, leaving
him with a bloodied nose
and bruised ribs.
"I hit him a couple of
shots in the face," said
David. "He's not so handsome
anymore."
Pelosi's lawyer, Edward
Burke Jr., claimed his client
"was the victim of an
assault."
David said the fight developed
"over some girl
Pelosi was buying drinks
for at the bar. She was
some blonde from Chicago,
and he was trying to
pick her up."
David claimed the
woman, who had already
.""'=
~~
consumed a few drinks,
came up to him and began
flirting. A furious Pelosi
said, "You know who I am,
don't you?"
When David said no,
Pelosi said "Write it
down," grabbed his arm -
and fists started flying.
Although Pelosi has not
been implicated in the
murder of Ted Ammon, he
was reportedly one of the
few who knew the security
code to the East Hampton
mansion where Ammon
was clubbed to death last
October.

Daniel Pelosi, you white trash piece of shit! You're guilty as sin and yet you file this frivolous multimillion dollar lawsuit against Suffolk? You didn't deserve to get your hands on those millions you pissed away when you married Generosa! And now you're missing that lavish lifestyle you so were not brought up into and didn't deserve to have. You're trying to get it back now, you disgusting low-class piece of shit! You scumbag! You'll burn in hell!

The crime for which Mr. Pelosi was convicted was horrendous in its brutality, however to whatever degree logical, the underlying alcoholism which plagued Daniel Pelosi should properly be taken into consideration as somewhat of a mitigating factor in explaining his horrific conduct.
Sure... everyone has an excuse for their bad conduct! Please... stop the silliness... being a DRUNK doesn't make you a murderer! Let's just make excuses why everyone shouldn't play by the rules!

Danny Pelosi is a greedy, manipulative, con man who deserves nothing but to die in jail. I'd personally love to see him get his ass kicked the way he did it to Ted Ammon. He's a scumbag.

I just finished watching Dateline ID regarding this trial. I usually am the 1st person to assume someone's guilt because I have been a victim of crime. However; as a practicing nurse and having degree in Legal Office Administration, I feel I have to point out that there was evidence proving Pelosi was no where near the Hamptons at the time of the murder. The prosecuting attorney suggests that the forensic pathologist was wrong about time of death based upon stomach contents. I can tell you that food is digested at a specific rate and very few things will change that. Sleep does slow it down, but not by that much. Also, they suggest that Danny Pelosi's motive was that Generosa was due to sign divorce papers that next week and she and Danny didn't want to lose that money. Well, I have been divorced 2 times & was royally screwed in one of them. All they/she had to do was refuse to sign the papers, so that doesn't seem a likely motive. As for the video hard-drive, I'm sure Generosa herself knew how to remove it or have whoever she hired to kill her husband remove it. It wasn't only Mr. Pelosi that had that information. He's an electrician, not and IT Specialist. My husband is an electrician and he would have no clue how to remove a hard-drive. He/we would have to ask our son who IS a computer genius. I am skeptical of Mr. Pelosi's guilt. Yes, he has ALOT of character flaws, none of which make him a murderer.

Legal bills are expensive. I'd be willing to bet that even if he wins the lawsuit, at least a million of it will go to pay his legal fees. Every hour, minute, second of attorney time(including phone calls) is charged a rate of $300 or more per hour, which of course is figured out down to the last second. Legal briefs, depositions, subpoenas, court filing fees, etc., costs a ton of money.
