It does not matter if they found anything. The way this was conducted was extremely inappropriate and I am simply going by the information in the article. Maybe the judges' comments were taken out of context but I found some of them to be disturbing.

I don't think that the possibility the child had Ibuprophen was reason enough to do a full body strip search. If they thought she had narcotics or a weapon, then maybe. But the parent should have been called before they did anything. The school was wrong!
