Don't do it Make them get a job and pay vehicle taxes, insurance, tag fees and maintenance like the rest of us hardworking non-welfare people with jobs who pay their bills and don't abuse the system. The county should only provide a small vehicle transit system for elderly and handicapped people, but let the rest of the freeloaders walk or get a job.
