Bikes on Sidewalks - Forcible Felony CPD and PCSD

If you are riding a bike on a sidewalk be advised that you are to YIELD to people walking on a sidewalk. People walking are under no obligation to jump out of your way into front lawn or the street at your whim.
If you decide to go a bit "crazy" and come after the walker with your bike after being informed of a right of way violation be advised that the use of your bike to hit someone to do bodily harm is a FORCIBLE FELONY. I carry a CWP, Glock 19 and a cell phone to record your attack. If you are on a bike and you try something like that they may end up scooping you off the pavement.
Most people who engage in the sport respect the rules of the road, but there are some who appear like they came out of something I don't want to say here.
A forcible felony is a forcible felony. I urge the Clearwater Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriffs Department to do something about many of these people engaging in dangerous behaviors on the sidewalks. I will defend myself if attacked and I will send a video of the attack to my lawyer, then I'll call 911.
