My website entitled "My Five Years of Systematic Harassment in Pinellas County, Florida" should be of interest to you. Local law enforcement, at least in my situation, will be of no assistance because officers are behind it.

I have been gangstalked for more than 30 years but I only discovered the term gang stalking last year. Looking back there is a consistent theme of large financial losses suffered by people acquainted with me. Two previous landlords lost their homes, others lost their businesses, and others were swindled out of large amounts of money. I believe as a Target I have been used as bait to access these people who were then conned out of their resources.

I am not saying that there are not bad cops. Of course some cops steal drugs and sell them on the street, some take a cut to look the other way, from time to time some are even involved in far worse crimes so there is always a chance that the police are involved on a one by one basis.
The main point of making you believe the cops are in on it is to separate you from resources that can protect you from them. It looks crazy, by design. I call it weaponized psychiatry. However, you have to take a step back and remember.... it doesn't matter if every car turns right or ten people a day are wearing your favorite band on their shirt. If people pace by your house but do not harm you then laugh at their ignorant asses and let them waste their time but not yours. It is not illegal and if you get a chance let them know how pathetic you think they are and that your Golden Retriever spends their time more productively.
Focus. If you know for sure that one person is involved then hang back and follow them. Maybe have a friend or two help you. Take your camera out to them and ask them pose as you take their photo. Figure out who they are and do what you have to do to find an actual crime to call the police over. The Anti Gang stalking blog at may help you with more ideas and a victim resources map.

Not bad advice but when you do get there pictures the next thing you know your SD cards are either stolen or nothing on them. Same goes for any evidence that you get, which may I add is tough enough to get. I just found out that the cops even have got my 92 year old grandmother working for much for me to handle. Scott Hagist st Louis Mo 10 years and still going.
