A member of former finance director JoAnne Ryan's legal team delivered a check for $50,000 to City Hall on Thursday - just days before her sentencing on a second-degree grand theft charge.

She deserves prison time...absolute scumball thief that she is...I despise crooks, especially thiefs....everyone should be outraged that she only gets 6 months and probation...she deserves the maximum sentencing allowed....
