ESTABLISHING PRE−TRIAL PROCEDURES
THIS ADVERSARY PROCEEDING came on for hearing on May 15, 2012 at a pretrial conference scheduled by
the Court. The Court is satisfied that the matter is now ready to be set for trial. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED:
1. Trial. The trial in this proceeding is set for July 24, 2012 at 01:30 PM ("Trial") in Tampa, FL − Courtroom 8A,
Sam M. Gibbons United States Courthouse, 801 N. Florida Avenue .
2. Meeting of Parties. No later than fourteen (14) days from the date of entry of this order, the parties shall meet
either in person or by phone ("Meeting of Parties") for the purposes of:
a. Discussing the nature and basis of their claims and defenses;
b. Reviewing the possibilities for a prompt settlement of the case;
c. Making the initial disclosures described below as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1); and
d. Formulating a proposed discovery plan that shall include the parties' views and proposals
concerning discovery as described in Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f)(1)−(4).
3. Required Initial Disclosures. At or before the Meeting of Parties, each party shall, whether or not any formal
discovery request is pending, provide to the other parties the information required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) to
include:
a. The identity of persons with discoverable information relevant to disputed facts as described in Fed.
R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1)(A)(i);
