It shouldn't be on the internet. The content is too graphic for public viewing. The public doesn't gain anything at all from watching the actual event. The purpose of the video only provokes fear & anger and you're an idiot for posting the link

The mentally incompetent emotionally unstable people in this world believe they have a right to the second amendment. It's emotionally unstable people that believe the second amendment is separate from all other rights and that rights were written down in order of importance. The right to freedom [pursuit of happiness] becomes provoked with ideas of fear and anger that spreads across the internet and has an unequal amount of emotional stress added to it in the process. You want to defend yourself against everybody that has the right... no one knows if you're just as unstable.. that's how it happens. Don't loose control shot to kill only if you absolutely have too.. those are our rights your playing with. Take responsibility first.

Warning don't be like this. This is just waiting for an accident to happen that causes public fear. Wow only waits for stories that happen after its too late. It is not the definition of freedom.

<quoted text> can you understand anything Joe posts? It's as if he can never finish a full thought or sentence. It's also clear that he has a lot of anger and suffers from narcissism. But really, "our constitutional rights were created as a form of protection to all rights because our rights were created equal?" WTH is he trying to say?
I liked the quotes from our forefathers. Thanks.
The same person that has a problem with understanding that all rights are created equal and has to ask W.T.F. is that about??

The point still stands. it's wrong to post the video- graphic content- the right to know- without the right to watch it happen- anyway Mike it is strange the man walks in- paints a circle nobody even acknowledges that the man is damaging government property it's a considerable amount of time before he pulls out the gun no-body hides under the desk and the man just walks forward into what appears to be and sounds like relatively calm surrounding... very weird. It leaves questions about how afraid people should be & how it looks like people are being provoked into becoming afraid. It's a harmful video stupid harmful video

Why would anyone want to keep any facts and material evidence from the taxpaying public THEIR BOSSES to judge their actions and inactions for themselves and develope their own unbiased opinion without undue influences of the media and those that corrupt the truth?

Evidence- released to the general public particularly in a topics forum [a video for example] is open to public opinion. When these ideas become wide spread opinion it leaves the pubic to decide who is [guilty] and who is innocent << because more often it will cause a debate fueled with anger because of media perception speculation and the need for recognition by individual members of the media. Lawyers can even more guilty of wanting the same attention and this interferes with impartial jury selection and the right to a fair & speedy trial- it's unconstitutional!

Clay Duke is dead. There is no trial. No Grand Jury to examine all the evidence including his background. The media failed miserably and the first videos we edited to cover up details. There were multiple cameras and angles and IMO we cannot trust those entrusted with this evidence to be impartial and not seofserving..

A man in Volusia County Fl. was preparing a bar-bar Q in his backyard on Christmas Day when he was hit by a bullet. 911 was called that man is dead. Volusia County authorizes will continue to investigate[. The newspapers and or the Deland Police dept has ruled that this was an accident. They are not sure of the direction of the bullet. No one has been arrested. The early determination that this was an accident can not excuse that it is still murder. That report is misleading the public into the idea that there isn't an investigation- the police don't know how to conduct an investigation and tax money is being wasted. Accidental murder is Not a second amendment right!!!
