does anyone know how the housing market is in Clearwater? It was horrible a few years back. But it now looks like there isn't that many houses for sale. Is it good/bad? I purchased a house in 2003 and have been renting it out for the last 8 years, waiting for the market to turn around.

It seems that you really want to sell your house and so asking that is it the correct time to make your property available for sale in the market this is a very normal question anybody would ask it is a good news that market is slowly but steadily showing some growth but it still its not that market boom sort of increase in real estate market.
