I have been to this Lowe's many times and NEVER have I seen anyone with a sour face...they are, by far, one of the most pleasant places to shop. You are met at the door and directed where you want to go...then someone knowledgeable of the product is there to help you. I have always been impressed with the service there...maybe you had a "sour face" and she just responded??

Most all the lowe's people are nice and seem to be happy. God is just to good to us, for anyone to be all sour faced. Maybe if you smiled they would also.
