If you keep your kids at home, out of school and out of church then why do you care if Gideons go to the school. Better yet, how can you have children and not believe that there is a God.
All religions should be allowed in school, if you don't want a Bible or other literature, then don't take it.

That isn't the way it works.
I'm atheist and have two children.

Religious people should be allowed to goto school for educational purpose but religion should always stay out of school.

If Christian students want to meet before and after school that's fine but should publicly display their prayer around a flag out front of the school and should not be able to place tracts or flyers around school promoting their religion (however it is fine to advertise their prayer meeting times)

Therefore, Gideon's should not be allowed to hand out bibles at schools because no school or university considers the bible to be a educational book.

It is a religious book.
Just like all the other religions with their "holy" books.

The Bible is also a very good history book. I have always known of the Gideon's handing out Bibles during specified times, not during school. If you don' t want it, then don't take it. It is called Freedom of Religion not Freedom from Religion. And yes, some schools and universities do use it.

Only if its a Private Bible school. No Public school or State University uses the Bible in reference to Historical Fact or any Natural Fact. It is used only as a Religious txt to study certain religions that use the "Holy Bible".

How would you feel if Atheist came to this school in question and started handing out Tracts claiming "No one Died for your sins" or "God is imaginary" would you be ok with this?

Only delusional followers would believe that no one died for theirs sins or would believe in imaginary people. Hell is a very real place. My only goal is to make sure people do not die lost and to be a witness to everyone. God is Love.......that is my point.

My post was directed at the topic creator. If he/she wants to have Bibles available at schools then his/her logic should apply to the above stated.

Bringing drug dealers into the equation is ridiculous and nonsensical. No one here will defend the right of a child to use drugs. Try to stick to realistic issues please.
