My advice to anyone wanting to stay here don't!!! This is the worst place I've ever stayed at. Their rooms with two queen beds are really a single bed room. They stuffed another bed in this room. There is no room to sit, put your luggage. Their bathroom has no place to put anything. We had no hot water in the shower. This is a place you don't want to stay at!!!

why didn't you change rooms or get two separate rooms for the same price as two beds that's a good deal or change rooms if the hot water did not work ,what do you expect for 49 dollars a night it is not the taj mahal at least it is safe there i have noticed that when i stayed . and what are you going to put in the bathroom a dresser ? sounds like you had more people in the room than you should have and you are talking about no room what were you expecting on doing moving in there?? you should have got one of the suites then 2 baths and two stoves and alot more room than a studio i beleive the girls at the desk tell you it is a studio room which also they mention they stuff another bed in there .if you did not like it you should have left, stop crying there are plenty of other hotels around there but be careful they are drug infested with no security . i bet you stayed the night there anyways so it could not of been that bad

I can tell you don't know what you are talking about. The room was $69 not $49, and I asked for another room and was told there were none available. They have a no refund policy. I don't stay at the hotels you must stay at. You sure know a lot about that type of hotel.

Don't stay here! We booked two rooms for a week each. After 14 hour drive, we arrived and our rooms were given away to someone else. They put together two rooms for us. They stuffed two queen beds into a small one bed room. There was no room to walk, hang clothes and the bed was up against heat/air unit. This was a fire hazard for sure. I learned that they have NO two bed rooms ready yet (under construction). They never told me this when I booked the rooms. Also, tried to talk to the manager. He is NEVER available. He never returned my request for a phone call. The help uses the "guest" computer and won't let you use it even if you tell them you need to map quest something. They hog it. We left after day five, but paid for 7 days. No way to talk to manager for refund. He simply won't talk to you. Desk people admit he never does! Get this, after day 7 of our pre-paid stay, I got a call saying I was supposed to check out as noon, and it was now 12:30. Remember, I check out two days ago. If this isn't enough to keep you from staying, I don't know what is. Remember, you were warned. Hope this helps! I would never never never stay here even if it were FREE.

With regard to nfl, I bet he works at the place. Remember, it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to the manager. The front desk people even admit it. Just TRY to get help. The only way I can see this being a positive stay is if you stay somewhere else. Travelers are tired and simply want what they are promised with the offer to help and accessibility if it is not the way they thought. No fighting, simply working together towards a positive stay. Hard to do when no one will at the place will respond.

I would like to address the complaints that have surfaced on this page. For those of you who have tried to reach me but failed, It is true that I am frequently out of the office. I have other duties and responsibilities outside the Casa Grande location. We operate another hotel in Phoenix, and are currently under construction at a third location. I do however return all calls that I get messages for. I will say that as most new hotels do, we have encountered several snafus. My phone system has not performed as the vendor has promised, subsequently many people who have left messages in voice mail were never received. My apologies to all who expected a call.
As far as no hot water, again, my apologies, but I can assure you that the issue is an isolated instance, and is easily repaired. We have 480 rooms, and there is ample hot water, what you suffered in your room was a clogged cartridge.
As for two beds in a room. We sell a single queen room for $49 and when people requested a second bed, we tried to accomodate them by placing a second bed in the room. Perhaps this was a mistake, as people have told me that they were not comfortable. As a result, we decided to create a new 2 room suite. One room will be a living area, and the other will have 2 full sized beds, or 1 queen. We are trying to appeal to the masses, and that is not always possible.
We are a price leader in Casa Grande, as we offer 2 pools one heated a hot tub, high speed internet, hbo, armed security all for $49 a night, or $69 for the extra bed. All the while maintaing price integrity during the winter. I sincerely apologize to all who feel that the rate we offer did not match their expectations.

I also have noted that some of the responses are from Tempe, As i responded a moment ago it shows i am in Tempe. I am at the hotel now, and live in Goodyear. I do not know who posted the other comments. Furthermore, there is one employeee who no longer works here, a person who was on the computer often. I am wondering if this person is responsible for many of the comments on this site.

I was just reading the comments from Mr. Bersch. I appreciate that he took the time to comment on this page. I have reservations in February to stay At Legacy Suites. I have been reading these posts and was getting concerned. Those have been alleviated now. The only negative I can offer is that I would like to email the hotel and that link is not working. I would like to confirm exactly what amenities are available in room. As in dishes, cutlery, coffee pot, tea towels. If you are still checking this site, Mr. Bersch, I would appreciate the info.

Good questions Susan, I too would like to know the answers to those questions. We are thinking about staying there for a week or two and were told by the desk clerk we would need pillows, sheets and towels. Some friends who stayed there said you also need dishes and cookware? Mr. Bersch could you please reply to Susan and I?
Thanks

I would like to get a brochure, but was told there are none available, but a rate sheet would be faxed. Did not receive that either. I am planning a 9 night stay in early March, but I am reluctant to reserve a place sight-unseen.
So, Mr. Bersch, could you or someone email your info? Or, send me an email and I will have you mail it to me. The young lady that I spoke with didn't think she could mail anything.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I single bed room for a week and paid $179.00 When i made the reservations i was told to bring sheets, blankets and towels. I was fine with that. I checked in at 11:00 PM and when i got to my room there was nothing no toilet paper. It had a kitchenette but no dishware nothing just a bed. I was there for my job and i had to relocate to Kansas state so i only stayed one night. They would not refund my money and i had to fight to get my $30.00 refundable cleaning deposit. So i paid $179.00 for one night. It was not worth it at all... SO BEWARE!!!

Susan and Abby, I too am planning on staying there in March. If you do stay there, could you take some photos and post them to the web site.

John R Bersch GM, it would be nice if you could also post some photos of your rooms. That way people know exactly what they are getting and can't complain after the fact. We are looking at your 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suites and would like to know more about them also.
