I heard Attorny Aaron Chapman is running for Judge in 2014. Is Judge Wolfenbarger retiring?

Really, you said a mouth full. It is about time the voters and tax payers of this county ran him off the bench. Sick or not he is as useless as a back pocket on a t-shirt. Speaking for myself only, I would just about vote for the devil himself if he ran against Mouse. He couldn't do any worse and might just put a few of those crooks in the hell they belong in.

What do you think about him staying and sticking around since this investigation has taken place at the justice center in grainger county? Do you really think he will get to stay? I don't think that he will be. he is gone after they find out he keeps doing "11/29 with time served" (repeats over & over)people that have been convicted with felony charges that are convicted felons and have a record a mile long don't get to walk away with just probation in other counties like grainger county. The Judge is history after this investigation is over. If not, he will be one lucky judge! Really, Honestly, people how many people do you know that has more then 12 charges on there record and 3 that is felony charges that get to walk free? My opinion: I say none! Walking in front of the judge in grainger county is a joke to people that have been in trouble.

People, as long as the media is knocking at the Justice Center door things will happen. The elected officials will jump through hoops for them. As soon as the news station packs up and heads on to the next story things will go back the same way they have been for years.

We are the voters and tax payers of this county. We decide who sits in those positions. We keep electing one crook after another and placing them in a position of power. I urge you all to vote and put these crooks in the unemployment line. Voting for a Good Old Boy is pacing the fox in charge of the hen house.

he should step down on his own. if he's anykind of a man at all, he would step down. and this money that we the tax payers are gonna have to pay to fix the problems that 'wolfenbarger' and 'scott layel' and the rest of their merrymen have created, well they should have to pay a portion of that money to the county. the county should'nt have to ask for a loan, scott has been paid for sitting and hiding at home, for a job he did'nt do for us. and wolfenbarger for just fattening his pockets. these are people we call thieves. yes we need fresh government in our county, i agree with that, but one man i personally believe in, is james harville for sheriff. atleast he cared. he was'nt perfect but he did better than any of the rest of them.
