I met this man at a political breakfast the other morning. I am quite excited, he will bring our sheriff's office into a new century for the citizens of Grainger and to the sheriff's dept.
The idea's he has are enormous, and, he showed us all how it not not cost the taxpayers more money. The deputies can expect a secure future without the interference of politics. He will actively recruit more women to the department. he is a no non sense professional, he will hold regular monthly meeting with the public and ask for there input. I love him. He will be great for us all. But, we pledge we would not reveal his name until he announce's his candidacy. I was born and bred here, all of my family is generations of Grainger, we have never ever seen a guy like this.

People can promise all they want to get your vote. Until someone is in office and running for reelection they really can't truthfully make any solid statements as to what they can and can't do. Change is great. What is this mans background. Where did he go to college. How long has he been in law enforcement. What is his campaign affiliation. How ling has he lived in this community. What changes did he make at his last position to help his department. Does he have working knowledge of accredit procedures. How many drug bust has he made. Does he have murder investigations solved. What is his experience in robbery investigation. How many men has he supervised. How many budgets has he balanced. See all of this is required as to be top law dog. Not just Johnny patrolman that's knows everybody and can get voted in. Cause that's what has happened with the last 2

You know great point, he has EXTENSIVE experience in HOMICIDE, ORGANIZED CRIME, ARMED ROBBERY and KIDNAPPING. I have personality read and verified his credentials before stepping in as one of many advisers. I can also tell you, briefly, that he also has a vast experience with the BUDGET, HUMAN RESOURCES,AFFAIRS (which today I was told that in law enforcement it is PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS) The list goes on and on. He loves Grainger County, he loves the people, he said that GRAINGER COUNTY is a grassroots community. I agree with him. I was born and bred here, I know and so does he. His accomplishments are second to none. You will see when he announces his candidacy

It all sounds great if he truelly does. I was just going from earlier post. And from what you posted it was a sales pitch. Your a woman. He gonna bring in more women. Make changes but not cost money. Give officers security. All that sounds great as a sales pitch. If he's that great why wait. Why not be out getting votes. And support now. Why not be working with community to make a change. Cuz imma tell u what will happen is 20mentioned people throw there hat in and the same one stays in. Again if he's that great why the swarn secrecy . And I'm in no way bashing this man or belittling you in anyway.

I wanted to respond back to you. I had read all of your comments, and, you bring up some very vital points. I am a an adviser and I just finished a phone call
about some of the documents he has already secured. He is working vigously
on the entire sheriff's department operation. I can tell you this, if you knew you would agree, he is relentless. At this time, he had personally told me that he is focused on the budget, the staff, 2013 & 2014 financial projections, and past issues that have overlooked for the past 10 years. He is slowly putting together a sound well developed solid 5 year financial plan. I am unable to elaborate further, but, in a nut shell the community and the hard working people are strapped now, he is working on easing that pain for the taxpayers.
This man is a dedicated crime fighter, he plans to be out their with the men and women of the sheriff's office, solid leadership is the key. He is putting tremendous emphasis on salaries, providing a secure work environment for ALL employees. I have seen his outline, you will be amazed to see how the entire department will become " a well greased wheel" and the public will essentially benefit from the cost savings and increased policing. The demographic's require strict attention to all corridors of the county.
Let it be known, he will provide a workplace that each and every employee can enjoy, and, make a wage that is fair and equitable to the employee and the taxpayer. HE WILL RECRUIT women and allow them the same opportunities as there male counterpart.
Well, I guess I may have answered some of your questions. If you have more, please allow any of us to provide you with this information. The proposed candidate will hopefully unleash his campaign when he agree's to release his name.
