I'm so sick of people passing judgement without knowing the whole true story or facts. Yes, what happened is tragic and senseless but who are you to blame the family for one person's mistake. I know nothing will ease the pain of Spokis's family. But don't think for one minute that defendants family doesn't feel horribly sick about it also. Not to mention that they are suffering their own loss. It's a very sad situation all around. More often than not people who commit the inconceivable do not come from bad homes. They were brought up in good homes with families that love them very much. They are born to parents who are hard working, tax paying citizens who dedicated their lives instilling good values, morals, ethics, convictions and principles. Sometimes good people make very bad decisions.

Every time someone is murdered it is horrible and takes a toll on all families involved, that's common sense. It's time the people stop blaming their childhood experiences and everything else to try and get away with it. You, as a human being, have the ability to make that decision individually. To kill or not to kill, that simple. Yes, there may be circumstances that make that decision complicated, but you still decide, right or wrong. Stop being a coward, admit what you did, pay the consequences. If you are not human enough to take responsibility for your actions, then don't be a coward and commit the crime. Just imagine how much better things could be if people were responsible for their own actions, in all things in life.
