Jon Bon Jovi, joyfully rocking New Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, Wednesday night.

I've seen Bon Jovi numerous times and though the show was awesome, it was definitely not one of the better ones I was lucky enough to see in the past. I believe his last Giant Stadium Concert was much better and I even believe the Prudential Center show was better. The Sound System seemed to be Off the entire nite, fading in and out. I guess first time glitches to work out. The Stadium itself is a beautiful place. Just try Not to attend the Show hungry and thirsty though... because it will cost you in that place ! Parking was Not as bad as I thought it would be and ease getting in and out was not bad either. Overall experience...would give it a B to B+.

Was it the concert itself you considered not the best BJ concert you've attended or was it the sound system and the high beverage/food prices?
Did you have good seats atleast?

I thought the Prudential was HORRIBLE! The sound was just awful! I couldn;t tell Richie was singing These Days. The sound was better in the ladie's room!

Personally, I had a GREAT time at the shows in the Prudential!! Loved every single minute!!

I do wish I was a fan back in the day! As much as I love their shows now, I can only imagine what it was like 'back in the day'! Except that I am old and don't think I would have been interested in the guy's in spandex! Yep, shallow me! Ohhhh...wait... Jonny's assets in spandex??? I might have to rethink that one.

I have never seen them in the NJ / NY area and was amazed!! I think it was the absolute best show I have EVER seen. True, the sound was off at times and the food and drink prices were high but the energy of the fans and the band was like nothing I've ever seen in Atlanta. I was thrilled w/ the performance, the set list and the company of the NJ crowd. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Thanks to NYC, NJ and Bon Jovi for an excellent birthday present!!!

i totally agree i saw the saturday night show...they looked like they were in a pissed of mood, the sound was the pits, and they forgot the words to one of the songs....guys if you do not like what your doing you need to rethink

Who cares about 15 bucks for a meatsandwhich or 8,75 for a beer. A fuse broke during runaway so what! Been to all three of them and thought it got better every night. In my opinion they enjoyed it and were impressed. 2,5 hours+. Only downside is the security that keep sending you back to your chair. And that while Jon is yelling to us to go wild lol. I am from holland and here seats in the pitch are not done. JOn has been forgetting lyrics for as long as I can remember. Think it is not worth mentioning. Onnly human. it's only rock n roll and doesnt need to be perfect!

I was there for all three shows as well that week... and I agree with marcelk... they got better and better with each one! Saturday's show was the best by far! Don't know where the other posters were sitting, but the energy and enthusiasm by me was electric... and I thought Jon and the boys looked thrilled (and humbled) to be there and be so well received by the crowd!
