Wow -- What An Ordeal!!! Maybe at first the transit police might of thought you were one of those whack-jobs from across the bridge who like to jump in front of trains... or ... if a police officer wants to stop them they 'allegedly'(by accident of course) move their trans. stick into reverse to 'allegedly' try and run them over, etc. The teachers do strike a bit in that town too. But when they found out what was going on ...well anyway it should of never went that far. It is/was a terrible experience for both you and your son. It's hard to believe but things like that do sometimes happen.

he's a piece of s**t! He bribed for that possition. Judge rodriguez found me guilty on a moving violation. He asked the officer to give his side of story, then asked for mine. Did not say 2 words and he cut me off with-guilty,$320 + 4 points! Money hungry trash! this town is very corrupt. Officers are a disgrace to their badge and this rodriguez dog shit judge has no loyalty to his oath.

Mr. Rodriguez also has a law practice and pray to God that you are never sued by one of his clients. You'll be fighting a "machine."

This judge is as unfair and unethical as they come. I was fined because he would not accept my plea (even though I was not guilty, I was going to plead just to get it over with!), he said I would have to go to trial (which if I lost- I faced 6 months in jail). I said if I couldn't plea and was forced to go to trial then I wanted an attorney! He fined me $375 for wanting an attorney!!! When I went back to court with an attorney the charges were dropped. He would not drop the fine, he lowered it to $250. Once again I thought I had the right to ask for an attorney. I guess that constitutional right is only protected if you're not in front of Xavier Rodriguez!

Walking on or near tracks is unsafe. We all know this, yet we still walk on the tracks. It is an assumed risk. This judge should know what the constitution is. You have rights to have a lawyer present. By the way, does anyone like the punk rock band One Way System. They do some good old tunes such as "Give Us a Future", "Jackie Was a Junkie" and "Stab the Judge". Good music if your upset with the man or still like to pogo.

I was found guilty for hindering apprehension even after the officer clearly stated in TRIAL under oath that I had not been mirandized. Never read me my Miranda rights. The judge still convicted me fined me $750 and applauded this officer'action. He will continue to serve the community and violate peoples rights. Passaic court is a joke and corrupt! The prosecutor is another joker who sleeps on the job. What is our judicial system becoming of?? The judge interprets the law and enforces it....yet my Miranda rights were violated and he wouldn't dismiss the case!! Who can you trust if judge and loyalty to the US judicial system.

This is insane! No one should have that hefty a fine for merely walking. I just moved to Bergen County (http://realestate.nj.com/new-jersey/bergen-co... )

THIS JUDGE WAS SO FREAKIN NASTY IN COURT. TO ME AND OTHER WOMEN IN COURT. SOMETHING IS CLEARLY WRONG WITH HIM. I WISH THAT WE COULD ALL COME TOGETHER AND FILE A CIVIL COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM. CAN WE? IF WE ACCEPT HIS WAYS WE'RE HELPING HIM TO CONTINUE TO BE A JERK> AND HE'S GOING TO GET WORSE BECAUSE HE'S POWER HUNGRY.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Cancer

Take care because it's a rather downbeat day. You feel as though you have the cares of the world on your shoulders, and maybe you have. You've certainly got to cope with a lot of responsibility and duty, and there could also be delays and disappointments that need to be negotiated. Yes, it's a fairly miserable day but try to rise above it, otherwise you'll soon start to feel really wretched and sorry for yourself.
