Fusco is a lowlife bum and crook. He represented my father in a workers comp case and never even showed up in court. The case was subsequently dismissed by a default judgement. My family later found out Fusco had a conflict of interest from the beginning because of financial affiliations he had with the insurance company!

I don't believe this guy meant any disrespect toward Italian Americans as a group. He was referring to this bum lawyer Fusco who gives Italian Americans, as well as the legal profession, a bad reputation. I'm a retired Italian American cop and I know for a fact this Fusco character is bad news.

When hiring a NJ lawyer make sure you tape everything they say. Ask them to lay out the entire scenario and time table. Preapprove and budget every hour they bill. Research? Why should they educate themselves on your time. The more "experienced" they are, the worse they are. Lawyers in NJ are completely out of control.
