People have to understand that nj transit bus driver are ruthless drivers. They don't have consideration for other drivers or pedestrians and transit protect there people, why I say such thing because I know a njbus driver who have been driving the bus while her license been in suspention status several time. Nj transit are not thorough to investigate there drivers but if they check there drivers license record they will see they are unfit and they are a liability danger to others...

Ridiculous statement, indeed! This statement is just a generalization. NJ Transit has many safe drivers and not every driver is careless, accidents happen and it doesn't matter what type of accident! All accidents are caused by careless behavior, should start putting people in jail because of this? Only in totalitarian countries like this one! It's human to err and you should not be charged for it! Soon or later this country will definitely go down the tubes because of this ruthless behavior! I really doubt that the bus driver did this on purpose, it is a shame that our country is behaving the way it is, even China is not behaving like this! It is just ridiculous putting people in jail because of vehicular accidents, this is fascist behavior and not democratic! It is totalitarianism and nothing else! This is coming from someone that has been hit by bus driver in the past and by no means I will let this effect my opinion! Shame on you people that feel that this is justice!
