Howard Pearl Hackensack, NJ	#1 Feb 5, 2014 Hackensack Avenue may be the worst plowed street in any local community. It is a major thoroughfare. Hackensack DPW should be embarrassed at doing such a shoddy job. Reply » Report Abuse Judge it!
