Dale did not force his way in anywhere! Tim just had to show off in front of his whore with a gun and now his sorry ass is sitting in jail. He is where he deserves to be, with all the other criminals. Only a coward would shoot a man in the back!

I personally know Tim and all he is guilty of is being with the wrong women. Dale got out of jail, and went straight to Tims house. If Dale was such a great man he would have went home to his Wife, and kids and grandkids. But some women who was not his wife was more important. So, Dale made the very first mistake and ended his life with that decision. If his wife and kids were smart, they would have him in a card board box with no head stone. He was a cheater and cheaters deserve nothing.
Sorry to have to tell you this but, Tim Claytor committed murder! Tim had the gun, not Dale. I wouldnt go around braging about being friends with a man who shot another man in the back like a punk ass coward. But then, most of the low life trash will defend him, just like you.

The investigation is over!! The details of the case are no longer secret. If you people want to know the truth, ask one of the officers that were there--I know Sgt david Kitchens was there, helped conduct Tims interview after it happened and he arrested Tim the second time--go see him or one of the other ones--im sure they will set you straight. I did!! and i can tell you that out of all these posts on here, NOBODY has the straight story!!! You people are a bunch of morons who believe everything you hear--quit spreading rumors and talk to the cops!!!!!

Thank you for all of your comments and judgements on Tim Claytor. I hope none of you are ever put in the position that he was. What ever happened to "being innocent until proven guilty"? I certainly hope that Tim will receive a fair trial and judgement. To the rest of you that have chosen to judge him without knowing all of the facts and circumstances may God forgive you.

Get the facts shooting someone in the head we he's no longer a threat is murder. Should get the gas chamber.

Your assuming everyone is a great shot. A scared man who shoots usually just keeps shooting and very pos had his eyes closed. If he just started shooting and dale turned to run and got hit in head then murder will never hold up. I don't think it's the case but if he shot him then went and shot him in head while he was on ground I'd agree with murder.

Eyes closed or not he still pulled the trigger!!! I guess if the shoe was on the other foot and Dale was the one behind the gun you would think different huh! Tim murdered Dale and I think he should have to pay for what he has done to the whole family! I don't see Tim being scared enough to shoot with his eyes closed knowing he had already shot him once! Just my opinion!

No I'd feel the same if he went to dales house and dale shot him. I don't care anymore about one than the other. And I don't know how to say it any more plain but if he was shooting and dale turned to run and got hit in head it's not the same as if dale was already injured and he walked up and shot in the head.

Tim had already shot Dale in the hand, when Dale turned he shot him in the head! His eyes were not closed and he knew EXACTLLY what he was doing. He is a murderer and i hope he gets a death sentence. Then his old mother will realize he is not so perfect. Maybe she should have taught him that killing is wrong and you can go to jail for it! Seems like she did a piss poor job raising him.

Just FYI for all of you who think you know everything.... Tim shot dale in the back of the head from 4 foot away. Autopsy report says so. So put 2&2 together... To get that close Tim had to have walked up on dale once he was down and shot him.... Murder! And for any of you that want to argue, the police report also says that that is what took place. Can we not just let this rest!?!

Not only have you judged my son unfairly, you no nothing about me or my family and you are judging me. We have never met yet you seem to think you know us. At least I can put my name on this comment, but most of the people that have commented are to chicken-shit to put theirs on. Kentucky can be proud of you all.

How on earth can your son be so unfairly judged when he admitted to killing Dale, there was a wittness to the killing AND it was caught on video?? lol Im sorry but, murder is murder no matter how you look at it. As for Kentucky being proud...you are damn right we are proud, because a murderer is behind bars where he should be! Besides, your son also lived here so if you are trying to put use down, you are putting him down as well. I bet you are a proud mother huh? I would not be so boastful if my son was a murderer! Oh, and i posted my full name...lol

If it went down the way you said then the jury will convict him not all his friends and fam that are pretending he was an angel. No matter what happens at court he is dead and ain't coming back. The easiest way to have prevented that was when he got out of jail he should have been spending time with all you love him so much now and not starting shit at another mans house. How many of you dale worshipers even took the time to go see him in jail? I'd bet very few. I'm not on Tim's side, I've heard he was no better. I'm on the side that man can do WHATEVER he needs to protect himself at his own home. Not saying dale shoulda been killed just saying HE could have prevented it all now one mans lost his life and another may lose his in another way.

If you arent a fan of Tims then why talk shit about a man murdered? Tim could have prevented all of this too...by not opening the door! If he thought Dale was such a threat, then why open the door to violence? He opened the door so he could kill him then pretend to have been in fear for his life. Tim is a murderer and he will get what he deserves!
