Go the Russellville Library they should have the paperback book there.Or check with Lewisburg Library first they may have it.I don't know if they would have it or not but check. Most or of the people know the real story is either dead or in the old folks home an can't remember it.

From what I understand from a site that someone was looking for this book: is u can't get it from the libraries they are about shot. The company that published the book for some reason (can't remember) couldn't produce it. Very few ppl have a copy that they were willing to sell and the starting lowest bids for them were 100.00&^. I myself was interested in reading the book but not paying that for something I'll read once and never touch again. Good luck though hope u find out what your lookin for.

Russellville Library did have it I check it out.But this was along time ago.I took it back when my momma said she had a copy of book.If I remember Mr.Watson was one of the men that was in on it but that was never proven. He was an school teacher at Lewisburg. He was my 6 grade teacher. At one time they thought her husband was in on it.But that was never proven. He did live in Butler Co.( Quality ) But he is died now.

I have one of the books and loved reading it. My great uncle or something found the bodies, so my family had some copies of it. Very interesting!

I was in Lewisburg School when this happened. Mr. Harper was a banker who lived with his daughter In downtown Lewisburg. It was a robbery. They were killed and buried under leaves and brush in Martin Cemetery on Peach Orchard Rd. I believe they were supposedly moved there after some period of time. A bus load of kids got to go to Hopkinsville to hear the trial one day. The book is a true account of what happened
