It's such a catch-22 with his case. Yes, wrong to drink and drive, yes, punishment is in order, but if he wasn't as old as he is, he would've been able to keep his job right? I'm just asking, if a teacher gets a DUI, he or she would NOT have to retire, correct? But, maybe he wanted to retire and this was his early opportunity.

He should get treatment, he's wasting away to nothing. I would never be intimidated by 150 lbs of his wussyness, a proper diet and better booze in less quantities would help. He really looks weak and sad. Alcohol is great in small amounts, guys like him drink the whole bottle every time.
