Can I get a real witness about Bruss? I was told that they layed several off a few weeks back. I was also told that the only way to get on there was to go through a temp service which is suppose to be in Adair.I have heard nothing but bad things about the place but I m in need of a job so bad. Can't work at Amazon because of not having a way there. I live closer to Russell County and its alot easier for me to get to Bruss than Amazon. Someone let me know that really knows about this Bruss and if it really is a good place to work and if they are really hiring.

I worked there for a long time and believe you me it is the worst place i have ever worked. They treat you like crap They willjust walk up and fire you for no reason and then hire a new bunch. They should all go back to GERMANY.That is evidently the way things are done in Gremany.

Who in the world would want to work for them .There pay scale is rediculous considering what you have to produce & all the BS .You would be way beytter off going to fruit of the loom ,At least you get paid by what you produce & have better insurance ....Its no wonder they(bruss) have such a turnover .

I am working there now and in the past couple of weeks i have seen upwards of twenty new employees come in throughout the three shifts. They are hiring both through quality employment (a temp agency in columbia) and apparently full time bruss employees as well. Either come in and see Tyler Emerson who is currently acting as HR manager or contact quality in columbia i guess.. Bruss is the same as it has always been it's a job .. you put your time in stay out of the drama and do what you're paid to do and you wont get randomly fired for no reason .. paid vacation days you can use after 90 days .. decent insurance though the price just went up .. for medical, dental and vision i pay around 40 dollars a week for myself which isn't really bad .. make 9.30 a hour but a new employee starts at 8.25 i get the 3rd shift shift differential of .90 cents. Certain jobs offer incentive pay .. make a certain number you get and extra dollar on the hour for the day make a lower number you get .40 cents on the hour for the day .. pretty good deal if you ask me.. Good luck i'm sure you will get on if you try after they fire half of these new people they brought in this week!:P

Would recommend staying away from the night shift. It is monday night through firday night and alot of saturday nights into sunday too. You will not have any weekend at all. Has just been changed since the first of year. I worked sunday night through thursday night for along time and loved it, now they get us to work madatory saturdays going into sunday until 7am that should be double time. They found a nice way to get valunteers on sundays. Dont recomend emloyment at all.
