They say you have to have experience in the plastic molding if not you have to take class at the educational center or vocational school.

I once had a Mattel Vac-U-Form, does that qualify me as a plastic molder?

My question is as to whether or not this place of employment will be paying out a decent wage or not? Anyone know? Health insurance, paid leave, vacation time, any 401k, etc? I mean, my understanding is this "industrial board" is supposed to work at bringing the "best" employers to the county, right? Am I wrong here?
Im curious because Ive heard lots of complaints about other companies or employers in the county.

While I understand jobs of any kind are sorely needed, Id think a goal of this board would be to assure the type of company comes in here who will shake things up a bit by paying a better wage and being very good to its employees.
I happen to know the company that gets the very best, most reliable hard workers, are the ones who treat their employees well.

I was amazed to hear someone tell me how when they went to work for a company here in the county, they were told they couldn't even go the bathroom except on break. I was shocked to hear an adult would be told that by any company for any reason. I mean most adults act like adults don't they? This simply sounded to me like a way over controlling company.
What else goes on at some of these places of employment? Id like to know. Is it true some of these places do not want you to even talk to the person you work beside unless you're on break? And if the person is doing their job properly why would that be an issue at all?
Just curious.

I am for all that want to work to have a good job (good pay, benefits, etc). The problem we have in this county is so many people don't want to work. If they get a job they want to work very little for high pay. Bruss had an add in the Commonwealth Journal (Somerset newspaper) recently wanting workers. If our county can't supply the workers for an existing company why bring in new ones. If a great number of people applying for a job can't pass the drug test it is a problem for our county. I hear a lot of people saying my boss picks on me or they want us to work weekends etc. Most bosses wont even give you a second look if you are doing your job. If they get a job they need to suck it up and do what they are told. They are no perfect jobs in this old world. Every job has a few things (or several) wrong with it.

You must not have worked at Bruss .Bruss wouldn't be that bad of place to work & wouldn't have to be always looking for employees if they had better management & wernt always firing people ,They have gotten themselves into the predicament they are in & deserve the bad reputation they have
